Exchanges

We exchange products only if the product is faulty, and is not according to the details mentioned on the website. In case of exchanges, please get in touch with us on +92 313 4513527.

 

Refunds

We have a no refund policy unless the product is no longer available. 

 

Order Cancellation

An order can be cancelled within twenty four hours of placing the order unless it belongs to the Pret category.

6% cancellation charges will be applicable for orders cancelled after twenty four hours. The remaining amount will be returned via the original payment method.

Cancellation of order after the date of delivery will not be entertained.
